Reservation:
Since we have a limited number of places, it is, if you want to be assured of a
place, advisable to make reservations, especially for the busy holiday season.
You make a reservation by means of completing the online form.
The payment of your reservation you'll find under the heading "payments". The
pitch may be occupied only by those who stated on your reservation.
Arrival and departure:
The reserved pitch is on the day of arrival free from 14.00 hours. On the
departure date, the place has t o be left clean before 12:00.
Incase off late arrival without notice, Camping You DVOU ORECHU has the right
to offer the reserved pitch, 24 hours after the arrival date. to third parties,
without the right to a refund of already paid money .
Incase off late arrival with contacting us we always held the arrival date on
the reservation.
Only breathable mats are allowed in front off the caravan or tent.
Settlements.
After receipt of your reservation you will receive an invoice.
You must pay 50% of the total travel costs and 10 euros administration costs,
within 14 days after you received the invoice to our bank account. The remaining
amount, you must pay at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive a reservation confirmation only
then if your reservation is valid.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be in writing and be registered, there is no right to a
refund of earlier payments. We therefore recommend you a cancellation
insurance.
